Music
Blues
Vanessa Collier sounds like a very talented musician. This track sounds really good. I hope she plays it at the show and plays on that shiny golden steal guitar!
No guarantee this will get played tonight, but you never know. I’m planning on checking this one out myself. Hey maybe I’ll see you there! You can see the show at Jazzbones, Friday, July 5th at 6pm.

Sub-Pop and Hobo music
An evening with Michael Dean Damron may interest you (I am!). If you are ready to wrap your self in a blanket of guttural hobo Tom Waits style melancholy this is what you need.
Mr. Damron is performing Monday the 8th in the Spanish Ballroom at the Elks Temple. Details here: https://www.mcmenamins.com/events/208331-an-evening-with-michael-dean-damron
Also at the Spanish Ballroom, Sub Pop founder Bruce Pavitt will be playing some tunes that will no doubt intrigue and stimulate the senses. Sub Pop has a very eclectic catalog. This show seems worth checking out, especially for those music snobs out there, of which I ashamedly include myself.
Wednesday July 10th. Details: https://www.mcmenamins.com/events/206756-sub-popular-50-years-of-indie-and-alternative-music
Smooth jams among other things
This looks like a good line up at Real Art. Some quick research on Soundcloud reveals some nice vocals and polished production by Adrian-Milanio.
